You can do this easily by getting a cut out of a wooden stork, or even one that is made out of a thick paper or laminated. If you get a wooden stork, you might have to paint it. Simply use acrylic paint to achieve the desired results. Next, grab some white cloth, fold up your invitation small, stick it in the middle of the cloth and bring the corners of the cloth up into the middle. Do this with tall four corners; this will form a carrying sac for the stork with your invitation in it. Finally, glue the carrying sack into the stork’s mouth. This is a fun and creative way to show off your talents in making a homemade party invitation for your baby shower.
If you are looking for something less time intensive simply get cardstock, pencil, acrylic paint and scissors. You can trace any baby image onto the card stock, cut it out, paint it and then include the message and information you need to on the other side.
