Before the craziness of the wedding planning begins, but just after the hype of the actual marriage announcement comes the Engagement Party, complete with a gorgeous set of Engagement Party Supplies. The food should be casual as well, so offer either appetizers only, or a self-serve buffet style meal. Anything that the to-be-wedded couple loves should of course be added to the menu. Top off the evening with a list for all party goers to add to. They can create their own cartoon-style rules for the engaged couple (using felts and paper tacked to the walls) so that the couple can remember the ‘advice’ until the day they tie the knot.
