Handmade Garden Invitations
Garden homemade party invitations are inviting and a perfect addition to the beauty that a garden party provides. Being that a Garden party is based off of natural beauty, you can incorporate those elements into the handmade party invitations you send out.
For this Garden flower handmade party invitation assembly, you will need either tissue paper or an artificial flower, pipe cleaner, pon pons, glue, cardstock, ribbon, hole punch, a pen and scissors.
If you are creating your own flower rather than purchasing an artificial flower, assemble the flower first. You will do this by laying out multiple sheets of tissue paper and then pinching it in the center. You can pinch the center down far, bring the sides up, twist the middle and then tuck it under to form the center of the flower and the leaves or you can simply pinch the center, and add a pon pon ball to create the center. Once you have your flower, add a pipe cleaner or a couple of twisted pipe cleaner for the stem.
Then, create the information part of the handmade invitation with card stock. You can cut out any shape you want and then write the information on it such as date, time and location. You can then punch a hole in the top of it and attach it on the stem of the flower with a ribbon.
Add an extra touch by adding glitter or a bit of shimmer spray to the flowers. You can even add leaves to the flowers for a more elaborate flower or simply do a rose bud. Whichever the case, your garden homemade party invitations will be a hit with your guests. It's a perfect time to throw a Garden Party if it's spring or summer. One fun idea is to have a bug hunt. Buy plastic bugs on the internet party store (or wherever) and hide them in the garden. Don't forget some cute prizes for the winners who collect the most.
