A Kentucky Derby horse race themed Party, with the right supply of food, drinks, televised access and Kentucky Derby Party Supplies, can be a fun event to celebrate with your friends and family on a fair spring Saturday. The most essential ingredient to a successful Kentucky Derby Party is the Mint Juliep, so make sure to have lots of the necessary supplies on hand at all times (a tremendous amount of mint, bourbon, crushed ice, spring water and sugar). Another important ingredient for the proper flair is proper food. Wild game BBQ, Burgoo (a mismash between a BBQ and ragout), Benedictine (a sandwich made with cucumber, mayonnaise and cream cheese, all dyed green), a stack cake and Derby pie are all excellent choices for your buffet table.
