Handmade Minnie Mouse Invitations
Little girls can have a lot of fun making their own homemade party invitations for their Minnie Mouse themed party. You can start with a general image of Minnie Mouse and add details to create your own unique invitation design. Young kids can enjoy drawing the addition features on the invitation after you print it out with a general Minnie Mouse image. They could add a party hat, balloons, or perhaps a birthday cake if the invitation is for a Minnie Mouse themed birthday party. Older kids that are good with computers or ready to learn how to use drawing software to add extra stuff to personalize the Minnie Mouse invitation to their liking.
Another idea for making Minnie Mouse themed homemade party invitations is to make them in the shape of Minnie Mouse’s head. Start by making a template that is the shape of her head (i.e. Mickey head symbol) by tracing a bowl for the head and a cup for the ears. Then cut out a bow and glue it between her ears to make it look like Minnie rather than it being confused as Mickey Mouse. Another option is to make a cut out a party hat to put on Minnie’s head. Kids can have fun creatively decorating the party hat or bow in their own style. You can draw the eyes and other facial features on the front of the invitation and then put the information related to the party on the back side of Minnie’s head. Here are a few fun game ideas to add extra fun to your Minnie Mouse party. First, play Pin The Tail on Minnie or Pin the Ears on Minnie. Also, a fun scavenger hunt for Minnie toys is fun. Lastly, play Musical Chair Minnie (to Disney songs of course). After all that, don't forget a fun Minnie pinata.
