Pool Thank You NotesDesigning the outside of thank you notes for a pool party is one of the easiest cards to design. The reason that designing these cards is easier than other party themes is because of how many different choices you have. How unique your thank you letters will be depends on how creative you plan on getting.
One easy idea that almost everybody uses is finding an image of a pool to place in the center of the thank you note. Rather than be like everybody else you can make a card that stands out by actually creating a pool on the front of the card. To begin you will want to draw in the edges of the pool with pencil, so you will know where to place the water. To make the water you will want to cut small rectangles of blue cellophane paper the size of the pool that you have drawn. Once you have cut the cellophane out you will want to use a small amount of glue to hold it in place. Using some construction paper cut out the edge blocks and glue them around the edge of the pool. You can also cut out small pieces of cloth to place around the pool, so that they look like towels laid out around the pool.
The inside of the card doesn’t need to have any type of design, but you will want to include a personal message. Here you can thank each of your guests for coming out to your party. If gifts were given, you will want to specifically thank them for the gift that they brought.
