Handmade Rock Star Invitations
Get creative and enjoy making your own homemade party invitations for your Rock Star themed party. Since Rock Star is a show mostly related to singers trying out, you might want to make the invitations in the shape of a microphone. You can cut the microphone shape out of black cardstock or construction paper. From a silver or gray piece of paper cut out a shape to make the top of the microphone. A circle shape works good for this, but you might want a different shape based on what style microphone you use as inspiration to make your microphane shaped invitation. You can write the party information on the microphone using white out or chalk.
To make a more traditional shaped homemade party invitation with a Rock Star theme you can still use the microphone as the centerpiece. You can draw the microphone onto the front of the invitation or use black and gray paper to make a microphone on the front of the invitation similar to how you would make a microphone invitation. Make the invitation more interesting by adding some lyrics to your favorite song or simply write You’re Invited as words coming out of the microphone.
You could also make your Rock Star homemade party invitations to have just a general music theme. This could include drawing musical notes and instruments on the invitations. Alternatively you can use stickers featuring music notes and/or instruments. You might also want to incorporate the above idea of adding your favorite lyrics among your music themed drawings or stickers. Some ideas for a Rock Star party cake (if you're game to make your own) could be a musical note shaped cake, a star cake or a guitar cake. Make it pretty in pink, glitz it all out and everyone will be impressed.
