Handmade Safari Jungle Invitations
Safari homemade party invitations are quite and adventure and can be used for both children’s jungle themed parties and adult parties. For the most part, however, jungle Safari themed parties are more often times that not seen at a children’s celebration. Common adult Safari themed parties would be for charitable causes.
One of the most popular Safari animals is often recognized as the lion. The king of the jungle will be the main focus of the Safari homemade party invitation that will be described here today. Before starting, craft supplies and images need to be gathered such as a lion picture roaring per invite, white cardstock, orange cardstock, red cardstock scraps and brown cardstock- and of course, scissors.
First, assemble your lion by cutting the outline out and then cutting the lion in half from middle of the mouth to the other. This will create a top half and a bottom half. If the image was not printed in color, be sure to color the image before proceeding. Once the lion is colored, completely glue the bottom half of the lion face to a piece of white cardstock. Next, fold the cardstock over to make a triangle shape; then, do the same thing with the top half. Once two pieces are assembled, tie the two pieces together. On the inside of the mouth, include all the party information guests will need to get to your party.
With this Safari homemade party invitation, the guests will not only have an invitation to get to the party but they will also have a nifty lion that opens and closes its mouth!
Have a Puppet activity for your safari theme Party. Have lots of arts and crafts to make puppets by hand and enjoy the company of your loved ones. Take pictures while in the action and make these occasions memorable. Have also a face painting activity and really enjoy yourself and your guests.
