School Thank You NotesSchool parties are not often thought about in terms of thank you letters because the students are so involved in having fun. However, it is always nice to create a thank you note for the volunteers that come into the school to help with the party. When creating the thank you letters you can have each individual student create their own card or you can do one as a class and have all of the students sign it. If you opt for the class doing one card you will need to make a rather large card, depending on the age of the students and how many students are in your class.
The front of the card is going to be the main part of the card. Here you will want to include a drawing or an image that matches the theme of the party. For example, if your school just recently had a Halloween party you can choose to use a ghost or Jack O’ Lantern on the front of the card. If you are doing a Valentine’s Party, you can use an image of Cupid or even just a series of hearts. So many different images can be associated with different parties that you will have plenty to choose from.
The inside of the card is where you will want to have each student write a personal note thanking the volunteer for coming in. On the other hand, you can include one big personal message and have all the students sign it. Just don’t forget to make one card for each volunteer.
