Handmade X Games Invitations
Handmade invitations for an X Games party can be creative and innovative. Making and giving homemade invitations allows you to personalize your invitations and makes your guests feel special. You will need heavy white card stock, black, red, white construction paper, a glue stick, silver glitter and red markers. The heavy white card stock will be the body of your handmade card. You will build the X Games logo on it. First you want to cut a square from the black construction paper. To make the X for your homemade invitation cut four squares from the black square, one from each of the four corners. The size of the squares depends on the size of your homemade invitation so you will need to experiment until you get a size that leaves you with a nice big X when you turn it on its side.
Next do the same thing with the red construction paper. Make the red X smaller than the black one. The red X should fit inside the black one and leave enough space for you to see the black one all around it. Now, cut a round shape from the white construction paper. Glue the pieces of your handmade invitation together. Glue the black X to the white card stock, then glue the red X to the middle of the black one. Next glue the white round shape to the middle of the X. Write your guest’s name in the middle of the X and write GAMES at the bottom of the homemade card on the white card stock. Turn the handmade card over and write your party info on the back.dot the invitation with glue and sprinkle glitter on it for a more festive feeling. Make your X game a fun one with some trivia games. Have many questions prepared and have the guests answer to their best knowledge. Have the prizes ready for those winners and enjoy some laughter with your loved ones.
